Schedule of Fees
We offer legal services for a reasonable price. All prices include value added tax (VAT).
Consultation by phone or e-mail for the purpose of getting familiar to your problem does not cost you anything and it does not necessarily lead to a client-attorney relationship between you and our office. Our office does not charge you on the basis of a single phone call. In wider matters a short negotiation, free of charge, can be agreed separately.
Usually your home insurance or company insurance includes a so called liability insurance which can in several cases cover the main part of your legal expenses. When you make a commission agreement with us and have a liability insurance we will find out for you if the liability insurance covers the expenses. We can also find out your possibilities to cost-free legal proceedings where your legal expenses are paid partly or in full from the governments funds.
We charge the client on the basis of time spent into the commission agreement. Our hourly fees are:
* Max ½ hour beginning at 87,50 € + vat 23 % 20,13 € = 107,63 €
* Max 1 hour beginning at 175,00 € + vat 23 % 40,25 € = 215,25 €
In cases where the amount of work can be evaluated beforehand a solid or a maximum price can be agreed. If necessary you can also negotiate with us on paying our fees by partial payment.
Our fee can be 20 % bigger at the most if the assignment is exceptionally difficult, it requires special expertise, the assignment is carried out outside normal office hours, it is carried out in exceptional circumstances or the matter is exceptionally urgent.
In addition to our legal fees we bill for the different costs with are associated with the case. These costs can be for example different administrative fees or filing fees and they are billed as follows (VAT included):
* Copies 0,41 € / page
* Faxing 1,00 € / page
* Mileage 0,44 €
