A significant part of the commission agreements of our office consists from assisting and giving legal advice to small and middle-sized companies. Our office helps the client to get a good coverage in all situations demanding legal knowledge; we make sure in advance that there will be no unnecessary disputes or conflicts due to the decisions and legal transactions made in the client company.

The client company is directly in contact with the attorney responsible for the commission agreement. This way all negotiations can be taken care naturally and confidentially without intermediary parties.
Disputes
Our main policy in case of conflict is to assist our client to reach a legally valid and economically consistent negotiation settlement so that both parties are satisfied. If a satisfactory settlement cannot be reached we have an experience on civil litigations tracing back to the beginning of the year 1996. We offer our experience for your use.
