Lawyer with almost 30 years of experience. We take assignments from fields where we have long experience and know-how.

The assignment is always handled by our experienced lawyer, and it is not transferred to assistants.

The lawyer handles individual legal matters as well as comprehensive consulting services

Our lawyers receive both individual assignments and handle different matters of the same client on a long-term basis. We can take over the management of all legal affairs of your company with the help of partner companies. A primary lawyer and a second lawyer will be appointed for your company. This lawyer is constantly at your disposal and in his task he evaluates and handles and distributes matters requiring legal expertise either within our office or acquires competent experts for questions and problems that require expertise that the lawyers of our office do not have.

An outsourced liability attorney brings security and helps, among other things, anticipate potential problem situations. If necessary, we participate in board work in special cases.

Our customers are companies, communities and individuals

Our corporate clientele consists of companies of various sizes in various fields. We therefore serve both small and medium-sized Finnish and foreign companies in Finland, which operate in several business sectors. The lawyers of our office have strong experience in e.g. in resolving disputes, labor and contract law issues, and assisting construction companies in various construction-related issues.

Legal matters should be handled proactively

Practical experience has shown that it is worth using a lawyer’s help in problematic situations and in connection with larger legal actions, before there are different views of the parties to the contract or before a dispute is already at hand. Good lawyering is avoiding disputes in advance by drafting a clear and unambiguous contract text.

In advance, we go through, among other things, contracts and deed of sale and proactively review various potential dispute situations. Consulting our lawyer in advance usually prevents disputes from arising altogether, saves a significant amount of money and especially your time.

Mediation

Our job is to try to prevent disputes in advance. After a dispute arises, our task is often to find a settlement that is good for the principal and that the other party can still accept. In the best case, the counterparty is not your former client. The ability to mediate is sometimes the lawyer’s best tool to protect the interest of the principal.

On the other hand, if no amicable settlement is reached, we strictly and uncompromisingly pursue the interest of the principal in the dispute.

A lawyer is a legal expert

Juridicus lawyers are all lawyers and members of the Finnish Bar Association. There are approximately 19,000 lawyers in Finland, of which only 10% are lawyers. The professional title “lawyer” defined in the law can only be used by persons accepted as members of the Finnish Bar Association. The lawyer’s main obligation is to act loyally towards the principal.

What is the difference between a lawyer and a lawyer?

A lawyer must complete a lawyer’s degree and follow good legal practice. The Finnish Bar Association supervises lawyers and ensures that Finnish lawyers are of a high standard in terms of their professional skills and legal practices. In addition, the lawyer must have at least four years of experience as a lawyer and at least two years of experience in legal duties, and must complete a lawyer’s degree. A lawyer’s responsibilities also include significant annual continuing education. The attorney is obliged to keep all his information related to the attorney assignment a secret from outsiders.
